RR Living recognizes that residents value clarity when it comes to their total monthly rental payments. That’s why we are committed to offering transparency in our rental rates and any associated fees that may apply while living in an RR Living home.
Application Fees and Deposits
- Application Fee - $65 per leaseholder, nonrefundable (required)
- Deposit - $200-400, credit based
- Administrative Fee -$199 (required)
Utilities
• Water/Sewer - Each home is individually metered, allowing residents to pay only for what they use.
• Electric – Required in resident’s name by any provider that services this area
• Cable/internet – Optional, through Astound powered by Grande

Pet Information
Pet Policy
We love our four-legged residents! Our community partners with PetScreening to support our commitment to welcoming dogs of all breeds and sizes. To ensure a smooth and inclusive experience, we use this platform to help manage pet-related details efficiently.
• Pet Rent: $25–$50 per month, per pet (required)
• Pet Fee: $400–$750 for the first pet; 50% of that fee for the second pet (required)
Residents with Verified Service Animals or Verified Emotional Support Animals are not required to pay pet fees or monthly pet rent.

We offer a variety of parking and storage options designed to fit your lifestyle and convenience.
Surface Parking: Complimentary and available to all residents.
Reserved Parking Options:
• Carport Space – $65/month
• Detached Garage – $100/month
• Golf Cart Garage – $55/month
Storage Unit – $40/month
Handicap-accessible parking spaces are available throughout the community at no additional cost.
Residents who prefer a reserved parking spot can choose from several options based on availability.
Convenience & Comfort
These lease-related services are designed to enhance convenience and provide added protection for residents during their stay:
Building Liability Protection – $15/month
Provides up to $100,000 in liability coverage for accidental damage caused by residents or their guests to the community. This protection helps cover unexpected incidents and ensures peace of mind.
Valet Trash Service – $25/month
Enjoy convenient doorstep trash pick-up on scheduled service days, waste removal easier and more efficient.
Pest Control – $7/month
Routine pest control service to help maintain a clean and comfortable home environment.
Washer/Dryer Rental - $49/month | Optional

Payments
Resident PortalOur community requires all rent payments to be made electronically for convenience and security. Residents can easily make payments through our secure online portal, where you can:
- Set up automatic payments to avoid late fees
- View payment history and receipts
- Make one-time payments using a bank account or card
- Access the portal 24/7 from your phone, tablet, or computer
