  • Application Fees and Deposits

    • Application Fee - $65 per leaseholder, nonrefundable (required)
    • Deposit - $200-400, credit based 
    • Administrative Fee -$199 (required)

  • Utilities

    • Water/Sewer - Allocated

    • Electric – Required in resident’s name by any provider that services this area

    • Cable/internet – Optional, through

    • Pet Rent - $25-50/month/pet (required)

    • Pet Fee - $400-750 for the 1st pet; 2nd pet is 50% (required)
